Key Terms & Conditions:

Services are covered as per the selected subscription plan limits (Starter, Growth, Pro - refer to the 'Subscriptions' page of this website. Any service beyond the allocated limits will be chargeable at a preferential basis.

In case of Trademark-related services, Trademark filing (standard application) is covered. If the application is objected to, opposed, or goes into litigation, additional costs will apply (treated as a dispute). Complex IP matters (patent drafting, international filings) are covered at cost.

In case of Litigation & Dispute Escalation, initial steps (notices, replies, negotiation, mediation) are covered at cost. If a matter proceeds to court, tribunal or arbitration hearings, representation will be treated as litigation and may attract additional costs at discounted rates (unless bundled in Pro–customised plan).

For Tax & Regulatory Proceedings, advisory, compliance checks, and replies to notices are covered. Representation before tax authorities or appellate forums will be treated as litigation and billed at cost.

In case of Family Law & Succession, basic Will drafting and advisory services are covered. Complex succession disputes, family court matters, and contested probate are treated as litigation and billed at cost.

Court fees, stamp duty, registration charges, arbitration costs, and government filing fees are not included and must be borne by the client.

All prices are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes.

All plans are valid for 12 months from the date of subscription. Renewal pricing will be as per availing rates at the time of renewal.

Clients may cancel within 30 days of subscription for a prorated refund (subject to utilisation). No refunds after 30 days except as mandated under policy or law.

Any legal services (as above) initiated, filed, or in progress before termination shall continue to be governed by the terms and conditions of the plan until resolution or closure. Fees, expenses, or third-party costs incurred in such ongoing matters after termination shall be borne by the policyholder as per the applicable service terms (covered, covered at cost, or excluded).
