Terms and Conditions

1. Tenure & Renewals: All Legal Plans remain active for 12 months from the date of subscription activation. Renewals are subject to the prevailing rate card at the time of renewal. The monthly rate is billed once for the chosen term, GST at 18% is added, and Razorpay collects the payment. A 2 Years Package is offered at 10% off the annual fee. Being Vakil Legal Intelligence™ included in the plan is part of that fee.

2. Service Limit Overages: Any contracts, legal notices, or advisory hours requested in excess of the annual tier allowance are executed on a preferential fee structure with pre-negotiated subscriber discounts.

3. Attorney-Client Privilege: All case documents, contract drafts, and consultations remain strictly protected under confidential legal communication standards.
