Plan Selection & Onboarding
The enterprise selects an annual tier (Starter, Growth, or Pro) calibrated to team size, commercial exposure, and contract frequency. The monthly rate is billed once for the year, GST at 18% is added, Razorpay collects the payment, and Being Vakil Legal Intelligence™ is included in that fee.

Being Vakil Legal Intelligence™, inside the annual fee
Starter includes Being Vakil Legal Intelligence™ Starter: 25 credits a month, 300 a year. Growth includes Legal Intelligence Professional: 60 credits a month, 720 a year. Pro includes Legal Intelligence Firm for 3 licences: 60 credits a month on each licence, 2,160 a year. Those allowances sit inside the Legal Plan price. The monthly rate is billed once for the year, GST at 18% is added, and Razorpay collects the payment.
Included with the fee
Starter carries 300 Legal Intelligence credits a year. Growth carries 720. Pro carries 2,160 across 3 licences. The Legal Intelligence amount is included in the Legal Plan price, not added on top.
What a credit covers
A full review is 1 credit up to 25 pages, then 1 credit per 10 pages, rounded up, to a maximum of 300 pages. Asking the document is 0.2 credit. Drafting or redrafting a clause is 0.2 credit. Credits reset each month and do not roll over.
When credits are used up
Additional credits can be purchased once the plan credits are used up. Legal Intelligence does not replace advocate drafting, a notice prepared by counsel, or court work.
